TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
Fuera de Ruta E.V.T (Leg nro. 11.841) explicitly declares:

1. Intermediary
Fuera de Ruta E.V.T. acts as an intermediary organizer between the passengers and the services providers.

2. Air or Ground transport
The use of air or ground transport by the passengers implies a direct relationship between the transporting companies and the passengers.

3. Bookings Procedure
Once in agreement with the program/budget, send the complete names of the passengers who are going to travel, with passports numbers, a home/office telephone number for us to contact to clarify doubts if there were any and an address to send all the documentation of the trip (vouchers, e-tickets and brochures). In case there were cruises bookings, add the nationality, date of birth, profession and allergies of the passengers. Once all the information is confirmed, we will send an e-mail to confirm, indicating the date of expiration of the reserve, with the information of the bank account to make the wire transfer.

4. Payment of the bookings
4.1 TOURS
The bookings must be confirmed by paying the 40% of the ground services and 100% of the air tickets. The payment has to be made 30 days before the beginning of the program.
4.2 INLAND AND INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKETS
The issue of the inland air tickets will be made once they are fully paid.
4.3 CRUISE, EXPEDITIONS & TREKKING.
The bookings must be confirmed by paying 40% of the total amount of the Tour. The rest of the payment must be done 30 days before the beginning of the program.

5. Itineraries
The itineraries are published as a reference and can be modified, without previous notice, due to weather conditions, operative situations and other factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations
Our company reserves the right to cancel the Tour in the following circumstances:
A. Force majeure. The total amount received until that moment will be refunded.
B. In case the passengers do not pay the total price of the Tour under the established dates, Fuera de Ruta E.V.T. will be able to cancel the Tour without refund of the payment.
6.1. If the trip had to be ended or extended for circumstances beyond our control which are non imputable to the company, the expenses of this situation will be paid by the passengers.

7. Payment
The payment will be made by wire transfer or with credit card. The payment by credit card has a surcharge of 5%.

8. Returns
Once the trip has began, if the passengers voluntarily resign to some of the services included in the program, they will not be corresponded with refunds. There is no refund for any unused service, including transfers and hotels reservations. All the cancellations must to be notified in writing and sent to Fuera de Ruta E.V.T. In case of cancellation, 100% of the ground services (transfers and excursions) will be refund, in case of the hotels the refund will be made according to the policy of each contracted hotel and in concern with air tickets, a 15% of their value will be retained in case of return.

THE BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT IMPLIES THE KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
