USHUAIA

-Ushuaia - Escondido and Fagnano Lakes - Beagle Channel

USHUAIA -  Day 1

Reception in the morning and transportation from the Ushuaia airport to the hotel.  Ride on the End of the World Train and visit to the Tierra del Fuego National Park.

USHUAIA - Day 2

Tour to Escondido and Fagnano Lakes.
You will leave Ushuaia driving along National Road Nº3 (Pan American) towards the North of the Island to reach the Andes Fueguinos. You will visit the Carbajal, de los Huskies, Tierra Mayor, and Las Cotorras Valleys.  The next step in the tour will be the Garibaldi Passage, where you will cross the Andes, with the beautiful sight of the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes.  From there you will start going down, up to the area of the sawmills, and then return to the city, not without stopping first to taste the typical Fueguino lamb barbecue.

USHUAIA - Day 3

High Season (October to April)
You will sail through the Beagle Channel.
You will sail among the Bridges, and Archipelago Islands and Les Eclaireus Lighthouse. You will watch colonies of imperial cormorants, magallanes cormorants, South American gaviotines, albatross, petrels, skúas, and cauquenes. The, you will continue near the shore of  Gable Island. There, you can enjoy the behavior of the Magallanes penguins from the boat.  You will continue towards Harberton Bay to disembark across from the area of the ranch.  You will visit the carpenter's workshop, the shearing shed, the cemetery, the area of the natural reserve.  The you will go back to the Ushuaia Port.

Low Season (May to September)
We will begin a hike in the Valle Tierra Mayor with snowshoes, through the frozen waterfall of the Alvear .In the way, we will be able to appreciate views of the Alvear mountain range and of the valley, until we arrive to a centennial forest of lengas, where we will find the refuge of the "hachero". Here, sleights with huskies and alaskan dogs,  will wait for us, to undertake the return to Tierra Mayor.

USHUAIA - Day 4

Around midday, transportation to the Ushuaia airport.
